The personal training session at Train 36ixty is personalized for you. Your needs and goals are put at the forefront of your program. Our personal training program can take place in a Private to Semi-Private setting with 1-4 people training at a time, but the programs and coaching you will receive are completely individualized.
The personalization also goes for your nutrition plan. All of our bodies react differently to different foods, not to mention different ages, genders, goals, and preferences, therefore, this is not a one size fits all program. Our nutrition program is a consistent that will help you maintain a healthy and sustainable weight while staying in the shape you desire. We take a minimalist approach in order to get the best results by taking simple yet effective steps and making habit change adjustments.
As you progress, so does your program. We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to your needs and situations. Whether you’re training for a 5K, trying to shred for an upcoming event or simply looking to improve your quality of life, we work with you to find the best program and methods to achieve optimal results.
In our personal training program you will receive a comprehensive fitness assessment and a complete health history intake. You will receive a fully customized training program based on your specific goals and needs. All individualized training programs include discounted access to our group training sessions as well.
