PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our fully individualized, all-inclusive coaching package. You will go through an extensive initial consultation, including reviewing your health history, identifying what has been holding you back, setting goals, and completing a fitness assessment. Your trainer will create a personalized plan to help you overcome your barriers and become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of you. You will have full access to your coach throughout the week, and your sessions will always be 1-on-1. Nutrition coaching is also included in your personal training package. You are expected to be extremely committed to this program, as your trainer will be equally committed to helping you reach your goals.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (3 -6 PEOPLE)
Our Small Group isn’t your average “group fitness.” In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Think of it as personal training, just in a small-group setting (we cap all sessions at 6 people). Every session is tailored to you—your goals, your injuries, and your preferences.
We follow a strength & conditioning program built on progressive overload, hitting all the major movement patterns each day—without ever forcing you into a box that doesn’t fit you.

LARGE GROUP TEAM TRAINING (7+ PEOPLE)
Our Large Group Team Training is where energy meets structure. With 7+ members per class (capped at 15), you get the motivation of training in a team environment, without sacrificing quality coaching or individual attention.
Every session is coach-led and intentionally designed so everyone belongs, regardless of experience level. Movements are scalable, coaching is hands-on, and no one gets lost in the crowd. You’ll be coached, corrected, and encouraged every step of the way.
Training follows a professionally programmed strength & conditioning model that emphasizes smart progression, full-body movement patterns, and metabolic conditioning, delivering challenging, effective workouts in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Our Sports Performance Training is built for athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level. Sessions focus on speed, strength, agility, power, and durability using proven strength & conditioning methods tailored to the demands of sport.
Athletes are coached with intent, taught proper mechanics, and challenged in a competitive, supportive environment that translates directly to game-day performance.
