“Kenny Bennett is an elite trainer with exceptional knowledge in sports training. Being a professional athlete for 9 years , I’ve been trained by the best and Kenny is on his way to the top. Even as a young man, he is very knowledgeable in weight training, using bands, as well as stretching and recovery. The sky is the limit for him.”
Drake Reed – France
“Train 36ixty is an amazing program and I’m so glad to be a part of it. Training this summer with Kenny is the reason I was able to pass all of my college’s running and weight lifting tests. Kenny worked with me on speed, endurance and strength. I believe that everything I did with him and Train 36ixty paid off and will continue to pay off during the season as I maintain what I worked hard for.”
Haley Bearden – UT Women’s Softball
“Kenny saved me! After working with him and Train 36ixty this past offseason, I killed testing week and finally seeing changes in my body and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve taken some of the exercises he showed me and do them on my own everyday. Working out isn’t the easiest thing but he makes it enjoyable. Best trainer I’ve ever worked with, hands down! Thanks so much Kenny!”
CJ McClain – UT Women’s Softball
“Train 36ixty is the place to be. As a professional athlete, I am always traveling, so when I come home I always go straight to Train 36ixty to keep me in the shape I need to be. I love being able to come home and still get the strength and conditioning I would get anywhere else. Kenny has helped me prepare my body for WNBA and overseas seasons. If you are looking to be the best athlete that you can be or just trying to get in the best shape for yourself, then I definitely recommend you to Kenny and Train 36ixty any day!”
Bashaara Graves – Forward, Chicago Sky
“Staying in game shape in the offseason is big. So when I come back home to Clarksville I’m glad I can get the same type of training I get professionally back home at Train 36ixty. Kenny pushes you to your limit and makes you work your body in ways you never thought your body could handle!”
Alex Poythress – Forward, Indiana Pacers
“I have to say after the many years of training, and being in the Marine Corps I haven’t been pushed like I was with Tim. Not only would he push me to new limits, he taught me along the way to ensure I fully understood every step of the way. He would always check on me, and make sure I was not only physically ready for my first show but mentally ready. With just a small six week prep he had transformed and gotten me to place top five in my first show. The hands down best experience I have had, and can’t wait to show the world the new and improved package from Tim and train36ixty in 2018!”
Eric Hudson
“I really enjoyed the online program. It was a personalized total body workout program and you don’t have to necessarily go to a gym, you can do everything at home. By both training in person with Kenny and using my online program, I’ve lost over 40 lbs within a year. If anyone is up for a challenging and efficient workout I would recommend you try this. The proof is in the results.”

“25 years ago when I was pregnant with my son I fell and crushed my ankle which required 2 surgeries and a year’s worth of physical therapy to learn to walk again. I went from a wheelchair to a walker to a cane and walked with a limp for a number of years. I was told by a prominent doctor I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 40. I took that devastating news to heart for many years thinking I had to accept my fate. Fast forward to 2015 – the realization that my milestone 50th birthday was right around the corner. I set a goal in Feb. of running on my birthday. There was no specific goal of distance or time – just to be able to push myself to run. For many that might seem an easy or small goal, but with my history it seemed almost unattainable. I was blessed to meet Kenny who agreed to work with me on balance, strengthening, and learning how to run. And now today I can say, Goal Met- I walked at 40, but RAN at 50 two laps around the MTSU Rec Center track! Although I realize this is not a big deal for most, to me it was HUGE! I give praise to God and thanks to Kenny for his patience, persistence, and encouragement to help me reach my goal.”
Angie King – Murfreesboro, TN
“When I started to train with Kenny I was looking to gain muscle and become a more explosive athlete for basketball. Like most people I thought lifting occasionally and eating regular food was the key to gaining muscle but I surely found out otherwise. What I liked about Kenny is that he took the time to create a program that incorporated specific workouts that were tailored to basketball activities. While some workouts were more difficult than others Kenny was more than willing participate and engage in all workouts. He also created a daily meal plan constructed of healthy foods that helped enhance my results. With Kenny’s program I saw results that surpassed anything I have ever tried to gain on my own. My body became significantly stronger and my basketball play elevated because of it.”
Jeremy Purvis – Former APSU Point Guard
“Train 36ixty was a blessing for me in my collegiate basketball career. In the summer while in my NCAA dead period, Kenny’s programs allowed me to become stronger, faster, and gain the appropriate weight needed to be ready for the following season. What I really like about the system is the endurance portion, pushing yourself to another level. I also enjoyed how sport specific each workout was.”
Zavion Williams – Former APSU Guard
“My name is Brandon Turman, a former Northeast super athlete. I’ve had the opportunity to play at a higher-level of professional football and have Train 36ixty help push me along in the process. Kenny has helped me improve my speed as well as my agility in my offseason workouts. Going into this 2016 season I thank Kenny Bennett for the gains I have received.”
Brandon Turman – Green Bay Blizzard – CB
“I came to Kenny almost 4 years after having my little boy. I was finally fed up with feeling self-conscious about myself. Within 6 months, I reached my goal and lost 30 pounds to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight. He has pushed me when I felt like quitting and constantly encourages me to go harder. I am thankful for the opportunity to feel like myself again and I couldn’t have done it without Kenny.”
Sarah Parker
“I was fortunate enough to work with Kenny along side other athletes. He tailored our workouts to our specific needs. As a basketball player, he developed a workout for me to better my stamina and help further my skill on the court by upgrading my lateral and explosive movements. He takes the time to actually focus on individual goals and achievements.”
